Billet conditioning facility is a key feature of this plant. All of our billet must go through the detecting and grinding process before being rolled into the wire rods for assuring the surface quality.

Pickling Equipment
(1)Automatic crane by Photo Sensor System Controller.

Single Deck-Type Continuous Wire Drawing Machine
(1)Each unit of drawing machine is equipped with one drawing die.
(2)The drum interior water-cooling is designed with high efficiency circulation.
(3)The drawing die employs an opening circulation water cooling system. |
Skin-Pass Coiler
(1)Skin-pass coiler use for sphoroidizing wire.
(2)The drawing Die and drum have not water cooling system.
(3)This machine has pneumatic lift wire feeder equipment.

BP Type Spheroidizing Annealing Furnace
(1)Max-Charge temp：800℃
(2)A PLC SYSTEM is adopted to the furnace control system.
(3)All the heating temperature、hold temperature and cooling temperature will be automatically calculated by PID.
(4)Special design for delay power source switch timer use peak power or without power loading。
(5)A SCR controls power.
(6)A high quality and long life of flat-shaped heater is imported from swedish (KANTHAL).
(7)A forced cooling fan system can easily control cooling rate for different heating wires。 |
